Introduction:

Make the base of the fish napkin by folding it into a triangle
This fish fold napkin is easy to make and you'll be done in no time! Lay the napkin in front of you and find a flat surface. Orient the napkin like in the image above.
Then fold the napkin in half by bringing one corner to the other. In this case, the top corner was folded towards the bottom corner.
Make the tail of the fish napkin fold!
The ends of the napkin will be the tail of the fish. In this step, you will be folding the napkin three times. First, fold the bottom corner towards the top edge.
Diagonally fold the left edge like in the picture above.
Then do the exact same thing on the right side. You'll then have a symmetrical napkin. Good job, you are now close to making a fish napkin.
Form the body of the fish napkin
Fold the left corner towards the middle. This will make one-half of the fish's body and tail.
Then do the same for the right side. As you can see, you have just made the tail and body of the fish.
But there's one more thing you need to do. Flip the napkin over and you for napkin is done!
