Once cut, the cutouts pair of arms should look like the image above.
Attach the arms to the paper plate ghost
Stick the arms to the back of the paper plate.
The paper plate ghost should now look like this.
Make the flowy body of the ghost.
Fictional ghosts are known for their flowy white body. To mimic that, we need to attach crepe paper at the bottom side of the paper plate. Get a long piece of crepe paper or Japanese paper that is the same width as the paper plate. Fold it in half.
Keep folding it crosswise until it’s easy to cut using a pair of scissors.
Cut the paper into four parts.
The paper should look like this.
Optional: Attach a string
If you’re planning to hang this ghost,
Punch a hole on the topmost part of the paper plate. Grab some string and a puncher.
Tie a piece of string around the hole.
Attach the crepe paper to the paper plate
Grab the precut crepe paper: glue and the paper plate ghost. Flip the paper plate to the back.
Glue the strips of crepe paper to the bottom part.
Once you have glued all four strips, flip it over.
The paper plate ghost is done! Hand it around your house or stick it to a wall.
